How to change firmware on GameBoy Advance SP or DVTech Pocket?

I went through a lot of articles in search of firmware for gba sp, so I could not find anything.
Tell me, how can I re-flash such a device? Where can I find the firmware? What program to use for this?
I don't know where else to look for information, please help.
