How to change DNS servers?
Problem - there is a domain on masterhost(mastername), hosting on clodo.ru. You need to redirect the domain to DNS clodo. I did this - in mastername - I click on DNS servers, radio on "delegate to third-party servers" and in the field I write ns1.clodo.ru ns2.clodo.ru. Created a domain in IspManager.
Testing in progress, then errors occur - Error when testing DNS servers for the domain domen.rf (SOA record not received from the ns1.clodo.ru server (62.76.182.4)
NS records not received from the ns1.clodo.ru server (62.76. 182.4))

I didn’t use clodo, but often in hosting, in addition to ispmanagera, you need to set another domain in the control panel. Usually in the DNS section.
The domain must first be created on the servers ns1.clodo.ru and ns2.clodo.ru
You can check
$ dig @ns1.clodo.ru ${your_domain} soa
NS for the domain are registered at the registrar, in the settings of the domain zone.
The transfer procedure is different for all hosters and registrars.
1. Register a domain with a new host.
2. Set up the site, mail and the rest (if any).
3rd Set up all the necessary records: A, NS, MX, etc
4. Change the NS records for the domain where it is registered.
5. Before updating the records, the settings from the old host will be used, after the update - from the new one. different users / providers update in different ways. The update usually takes place within a few hours, but it can take up to 72 hours, no more.
Before changing dns servers at the masterhost, create a "Domain name" at clodo.ru. If it doesn't help, contact clodo. Means management of domains at them is implemented on another.
