How to find out who owns my ip and set up rDNS?

if you, judging by the previous ones, have an inexpensive VPS, and there is a shared IP - then nothing
if something is more expensive - then for a hoster
for some types of OvH this can be specified in the settings directly

Since my server was on hostinger, everything turned out to be very simple, there is a field for configuring rDNS
