Split domains across different servers?

There is 1 external IP.
There is a Mikrotik router
. A server with several Wirths is installed behind the natom. machines with internal IP addresses like 192.168.1.x.
On one of the virtual machines, the Nginx web server is installed, on which virtual hosts are configured, several sites with different domains work. That is, all requests for certain domains are directed to this web server.
Due to certain circumstances, it became necessary to make a second web server and transfer some sites to it.
Could you tell me how to organize this solution? How to point domen1 to server1 and domen2 to server2 ? I tried to specify dns statics in Mikrotik, but it doesn't work-(
