I've arrived in a country of democracy and I can't even install the parking application because it says that I have the wrong Store. When I change my Store to USA, it says my data is valid only for my country and offers to return it back. And so in a circle.
I tried to enter all the US data, but it still does not accept my cards (RF Yandex money, Ukrainian private, etc., everything does not accept for the USA, although it does accept them for Ukraine).

As a US resident, you must have a US address and at least a debit card.
The maps are linked to the country and zip code (postal code). She is being tested.
By the way, in any CVS/Walmart store, etc. gift cards are sold. Buy one, deposit some money and tie it. Before linking, you need to delete the old card and all payment data. Should work.

Create a new apple id without linking a card. If there is no option to create without a card, after logging out of Apple ID, try to download any free application, then this option will appear.
Through it you download the necessary applications.
In the apple id settings, change the region to Russia, link your Russian card.
