How to change cms correctly?
Good time. There is a site for testing cms.
Installed WordPress on debian, with mariadb and phpmyadmin. I want to try different cms.
1) How to proceed to demolish WordPress, and install, say, drupal. But, if I don’t like drupal, then return WordPress again?
2) how to install different cms on the server so that I can work in different cms and evaluate the results., this is for cms, not to rearrange.

You don't have to demolish anything.
1. You can install different cms in different directories of the website
2. You can create separate VirtualHosts for each CMS and write the domains invented for them in your hosts file.
on hosting - create a manual backup.
delete the content (website directory)
fill in the new CMS in public_html. write the db.
If you don't like it, restore the backup.
on a VPS, the answer depends on the CP software you are using
