Where can I download DVSC for XenServer?

In the new Xenserver 6.5, DVSC was left, despite the fact that in 6.2 it was stated that this feature was outdated.
I can not find where to download this appliance. If you know please share where and how.

I'm probably a bit late, but I'll write for history.
You can take it from the citrix website https://www.citrix.com/downloads/xenserver.html after registering in advance. The controller version is 6.1 in xva format, slightly updated.
