What's the MusCL going to be pissed off about?

For the last week, we have noticed the gluttony of MySQL, clogs all processor threads. For all databases, MySQL processes (mysql> SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST;) do not show anything terrible, in total there are up to 15 processes in the list that work quickly. Screenshot joxi.ru/Vm67KO8tZ4g12Z
Kind people, tell me what metrics you can check to understand the reason. Thanks UPD: MySQL Server version: 5.6.19-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 (Ubuntu)

Thanks for participating.
These metrics were not used because they were not in the repository. We found a probable reason: in the code there is a remote request to write to the database on another server. It's strange how the local server is connected to this, but when the code was disabled in "popular" places, the server let it go.
