How can I display information on the total size of files located in the same folder in Centos 6 for a year or a month?

Good afternoon, there is Centos 6 and a folder with a large number of files 1,000,000+, the name of which does not correspond to the date of their creation, but they are created every day in several pieces, with the same extension, the year these files were created is 2013, up to the current moment, the total folder size is somewhere around 100+ gigs. The difference between these files is only the name, how can you display information on the total size of all files, sorting them by year or month, without showing the size of each file, but only their total size according to the date range of interest?

Small clarification. Are we talking about file modification time (mtime) or usage? (time)?
Here is what a cursory Google gives out when searching for files by date: https://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/linux-unix-osxfind-f...
And so, do find and give the result du. It will turn out something like this:
Could be sealed up in some places.
