How to change background color in console?

PHPstorm version 2018.1, Monokai theme selected. The image shows a directory with 777 permissions, the name is highlighted in a disgusting color.

How to remove this cannibal color?!!

ps What do the phpstorm developers use to screw up the color setting like that?
