PHPStorm kills mysql on mac os x, why?

I installed the environment for myself according to this manu https://getgrav.org/blog/mac-os-x-apache-setup-mul...
I installed the muscle from both brew and the Oracle site, the problem persists. The database server periodically crashes, and it crashes so that it can only be restored after the system is rebooted.
At first I thought these were random falls, and then I noticed that it crashes after I start working with the database through phpstorm.
Actually, what am I doing wrong?
