In general, I display data for change through UpdateProfile and I want some fields such as mail and login to be changed only a limited number of times, for example once a week. How to do it? or tell me where you can read how to implement it.

I think it’s even possible to handle it through js, you can create a counter and write it to a file or somewhere else, js will read it, check it with the date on the server, and depending on it, allow or not allow editing the profile
