How to center react slick slider?

Tell me, there is a react slick slider, it has a centerMode field in the api, which centers the slider on the current element.

The problem is that when centering the 1st element, it visually looks like the slider starts from the last one.
Is it possible to center the slider in groups of 3 fields without changing the appearance of the blocks and the slider?

Here I added code with two sliders. Which shows what I'm talking about. The second slider is what behavior I need to implement, in fact it is not working, because the countdown starts from the second paragraph.
