How to catch the address of the server from which the packets are coming?

There is some software to which data packets are sent from outside. How can I catch ip addresses with which this software communicates. I decided to use wireshark, but I was not smart enough to figure it out. How can I group so that only one ip address is reflected, and not every data packet, and exclude local addresses? As a result, I would like to get a list of external ip addresses from which the application sent or received packets.
