How to capture the sound of certain windows in OBS in the same way that Discord does?

Is there any plugin for OBS that will allow you to capture sound from a specific window/windows just like Discord can do?
A virtual audio cable is not suitable for this, because very often and the sound source changes on the go, various games / applications, some of which do not allow you to select the source of the output audio stream at all, but simply output sound to the device by default. In Discord, I can simply select the desired window and immediately get the video and sound.
Perhaps there are other ways to train OBS to capture sounds from one or more windows at once?
Or maybe there is a way for Windows 10 that will turn all audio sources into separate audio devices?
