How to recover deleted video using shift+delete keys?
Hello, can you tell me if it is possible to recover a video that was deleted after two shift + delete keys?

It largely depends on how long ago the file was deleted and how actively the drive was used after that.
Connect the device from which the video was deleted to another computer, download the free R.saver (to another disk), unpack and run a full scan of the original media.
If the file has not been overwritten, the program will find it. However, video is one of the problematic content types. The files are often large and require continuity. If the file was large and fragmented, then the likelihood that absolutely everything remained intact is noticeably reduced.

Shut down OS.
Enable Live CD/Flash key from another OS. From there, mount the partition in read-only mode and use the data recovery program to restore it to another partition or, better, to an external storage device.
