How to capture video from Playstation 1?

Hello. There is an opportunity to get your hands on a PS1 and there is a desire to record the gameplay of games from it. The console, of course, does not know how to record video, as the fourth generation does, so I would like to ask knowledgeable people how to invent such a bicycle so that you can record gameplay from it in its original quality.
PS1 is equipped with such a cable with "bells" that stuck into old tube TVs:

Please tell me what equipment is better to have and what to do with it in order to achieve the desired result. So far I have not acquired anything extra, but if some TVs can capture video, or if this can be done somehow using a PC and a regular monitor, then I would be grateful for tips. I'm not good at technology, so I have to ask for help.
Thanks in advance.
PS I know about Sonya's emulators, but still I would like to do without them, if possible.
