Hello. Question: having received information about the dangers of the blue glow from the screen, I decided to buy a film for my laptop and phone with Anti Blue light, but the question arose, how to measure the blue glow at home before and after? I would not want to amuse myself that a film is pasted, which most likely does not protect against anything.

Try to unscrew the blue RGB component on the monitor in the settings to a minimum - the screen will turn some kind of yellow, this will be software protection from blue radiation.
When you buy and paste the Special Anti-Blue Film, the screen will turn the same yellow, this will be a clear confirmation that you have spent money not in vain.

What film??? You need to use the old folk remedy - put a cactus in front of the monitor, and everything will be OK !!!
