Is it possible to connect a similar display to arduino?

There is a display module from the Siemens C7-623 controller.
Unfortunately, I can’t attach a photo, the controller has a marking: PVC200403BYL.
Google shows many options with very similar display modules connected to arduino. How can you check to make sure you don't burn anything?
Maybe somehow, according to the datasheets, the microcircuit that is soldered on the board, all three of them are readable?
