Accidentally sent a PHP script request to the database, which put the server, reboot does not help.
How to cancel request, server side fetch process?

server reboot always kills all requests in the muscle, apparently you are lying somewhere or this is not the reason

Join MySQL via phpmyadmin. Find the process Next kill the process
KILL idFromShowProcessList
