How to call your playbook or role and pass variables to it, in Ansible?

Hello,
let's say I have an aws resource_id variable in Ansible like my_var=id-123684981
I want to call another playbook/taskbook like /extra/processing.yml and pass it this variable as a parameter for further actions. How can I do that?

You can just add it to the yaml and do minus e Wars equal to the name of the yaml from the Wars directory
You can add it to the Wars group or the Wars host
You can simply pass it when calling the playbook minus the extra Wars Mayvar is equal to that
