How to call typography?

There is a ui-kit with inferred typography, I want to put it in mixins, this is how it looks like:

I'm currently changing style names for text and I have two questions:

1) Is it ok to name the typography on the page as it is on the screenshot? Like body, body-small, body-big?
2) How can you call over many styles for typography? The screenshot shows 6 typography elements, I can’t think of a name for them ((I think it’s possible somehow body-ultra-small, body-middle, body-middle-bold, but I’m not sure if it’s good to do it

PS: Everything was easy with the headers, I just write header h1 and so on, it’s also easy with tags, but I can’t think of a name for the rest of the printing house
