For a week now, I've been trying to break through the wall of not understanding email correspondence. It is curious that the responses from the company come in such a way that one gets the impression that my messages are not read at all in principle.

The maximum that I managed to achieve was the hotline phone number 8003332677, but the problem is how to call it from Ukraine, because +78003332677 cannot be dialed, not the correct number.
