I just need to call someone and play him a certain audio. And that's all. There will probably be a maximum of 10 such sounds per minute.
I looked at the prices for ip telephony and there are basically 1-2 rubles per minute in Russia. And there are already ready-made services with an API with the desired function with a slightly higher price.
Is it worth hemorrhoids, studying and configuring this asterisk or choosing a service if I don’t care about the difference of a couple of rubles?

In your case, it will be more profitable to use ready-made services with an API. Asterisk is somewhat complicated for the sake of using it only as a dialer and learning it for the sake of it.
