How to calculate and remove surveillance on my desktop?
I know for sure that they put surveillance on my desktop on my work laptop, even though the computer is password-protected, apparently the specialist did it once or twice. I can describe myself as a confident user, but not an administrator.
1. How was the program delivered?
2. How to calculate and remove it?
3. Maybe not a program but a built-in software which win10?
4. If you return the computer to its original state with the removal of all files from the hard drive, will this path help? Radically, but I agree with him.
Thanks in advance.

You need to start with the fact that in the expression "my work laptop" one word is superfluous. This word is "mine". He is not yours . It belongs to your employer. And he, accordingly, has the right to do with him what he sees fit, including controlling its use. The only thing you should have been warned about is control - usually they do it when applying for a job and everyone ignores this warning - when applying for a job, you usually sign for a bunch of garbage :)

the easiest way is a couple of brothers to the admin (expensive)
otherwise - deal with Process Explorer
Laptop working? Then what's the problem, you need to work on it.
Resetting to its original state will be equated by management with a letter of resignation.
And according to the technique of the case: the easiest way is to reset / reinstall Windows.
After 2 hours, or even faster, you have a clean working laptop. Everything else is an unpredictable waste of time with a non-guaranteed result. (Provided that there is no domain and no special software is installed by politicians)
If your data is important to you and you don't want it leaked somewhere, consider installing GNU/Linux.
