Is there an android program to receive and remove resource unavailability warnings?

At work, I have configured to receive email alerts about the unavailability of various resources.
For example, some vpn channel fell, vpn channel rose. The site went down, the site went up.
Everything was fine and wonderful when there were few such notifications and services rarely fell.
But now there are obviously problematic places that often fall.
I have a question, are there any mobile applications that can not only warn about a service crash, but also immediately remove the warning if the service has risen?

one monitoring system should send out notifications. And not a million different devices and each in its own way.
Install zabbix, nagios, centreon, something else. And already set up there.
And your android is a dumb reader. It doesn't need anything at all.)
