How to "freeze" an android application so that it does not wake up with pushes and so on?

There are a number of applications that I rarely use. For example, Sberbank. I don't want to delete them. But they are too curious and opaque.
Is there a way to "freeze" them? so that in the frozen state they are guaranteed not to turn on. And then, bam, unfrozen and it worked?
