How to bypass two-factor authentication on Instagram?

The situation is this: two-factor authorization was enabled in my Instagram account. To enter, you need to enter a one-time code from the authenticator application (in my case, this is Yandex.Key), but the phone on which it was installed broke completely.
Now, when trying to log into your account on a new device, you need to enter a one-time code (there is no access to it, respectively) and there is no access to backup codes.
I contacted Instagram support, sent them a selfie with a handwritten code on a piece of paper. But Instagram support gives automatic answers that supposedly two-factor authorization is disabled, although in fact it is still enabled and I can’t get into my own account.

Can you please tell me how to solve this problem and bypass two-factor authentication?
