How to bypass the deletion ban (or get rights)?

We urgently need to clean the makos, but there was such a problem. Even through the admin, even through the terminal - I can’t delete some files from the system, it gives an error - can't be modified or deleted because it's required by OS X. I tried all the methods described by Google - the situation does not change, the terminal yells about the absence rights (through the root), in general, a stupor. I don't use Macos, that's why it's a dark forest. How to bypass the blockade?

"urgently clean the Mac" does not mean deleting the files needed for the OS

You need to reboot the machine, command + D and write the command there in the terminal ...
