Finder lags on Mac OS, what should I do?

Hello! There were 2 problems:

2. joxi.ru/4AkpgkKuq458rq - programs are not displayed, neither in finder nor in PathFinder, although there are programs and their launch is visible.
The laptop started the cooler to the full, after a forced reboot 5-7 times, the cooler began to work normally.
Does anyone have any ideas what to do?

так 100% процессора занимает не Finder от Apple, а сторонний Path Finder. попробуй его удалить
