Greetings to all, dear inhabitants of the resource. I have the following problem. I am a developer of an online mobile game in the "Racing" genre.
Our team wanted to connect the game to Odnoklassniki.ru. At the last stage, having already sent the game for moderation, tech.pod. Ok sends us a response: "Please attach scans of documents from the copyright holder allowing you to use real car names and their appearance in the game.".
So, what is the question now: the game does not use car logos, there are only the names of the cars themselves, such as BMW M5, etc., can I completely change the names of all cars (invent) and send the game back for moderation? The game models are shown purely in profile, i.e. from the side. The logo on the car is nowhere to be seen.

Rename cars to Stinger, Destroyer, etc.
After that, most likely they will not find fault with the appearance.
