How to bypass restrictions on the number of TCP connections from Internet providers?

I use the program on a PC: 50+ bots through proxies simultaneously climb in browsers, imitating user behavior.

When approximately 1000 tcp connections are reached (I measure it with the cFosSpeed utility), new tabs stop loading. The Internet hangs hard. Although the power of iron allows. And the Internet speed is used a maximum of 10 Mbps at a rate of 800+ Mbps.

It's not about the hardware (a powerful server) and not about the router (usually I connect it directly with a cable). The same server at a friend's house with an Etelek provider works in 200+ threads and reaches 5000 tcp connections. There doesn't seem to be any such limit.

The restriction is observed at providers Dom.ru and Nevalink (both here and there I had gigabit Internet with an 8-core cable). Interestingly, Skynet had a restriction in one house, but not in another.

Of course, I called providers and showed them that new tabs do not open. To which they shrugged and said that the speed of 800+ Mbps is issued, which means that everything is in order. It is unrealistic for them to prove anything about tcp connections.

A question for network experts and those who work in provider companies. How and where are these restrictions set? Is there any way to bypass them? Who else faced similar restrictions in St. Petersburg and which providers?

If anyone is ready to understand and help, I will show how these restrictions work for me.

Now another one will say "it looks like I went to the wrong forum."
The fact that the provider only limits the number of connections, and does not ban you at all and does not terminate the contract - that's still lucky for you :) ten times dumber than you, they only need VKontakte and megogo - or what is it that we have now in Cheburnet 2.0 is fashionable?).
Of course, providers have such restrictions - they were made in the era of the craze for torrents and were made so that such clever people would not put popular TV shows and broken games on distribution.
And of course, no one here will tell you how to get around them :)

@Griboks

No way.
The only way I know of is to pack the connections into one big one and then unpack them outside the ISP's network. In short, we need a tunnel. The easiest way is to use vpn.

The issue was resolved, thanks to obtaining a dedicated IP from the provider. Thanks to everyone who responded.
