How to use a remote PC as a proxy (no white IP)?

Good afternoon!
There is a remote user PC physically located in another country. This PC has full access through TeamViewer.
OS: Windows 10 x64, the PC itself is behind a NAT provider.
Certain web resources can only be accessed from the country where this PC is located.
Actually, it became necessary to use this PC for tunneling (proxying) my http traffic.
I have been unsuccessfully trying to set up Teamviewer VPN for several days, but I cannot get a response from the remote PC.
Please tell me - is there any software (or other) solutions to this problem?
