How to bypass ISP filtering based on MAC addresses?

Connected in a student hostel to a provider (monopolist). The router is configured with an access point (the cable from the provider is not connected to the WAN port) and it turns out that only those devices whose MAC addresses were sent to the provider and registered by him have access to the Internet. How to make it so that when connected to WI-FI there is access to the Internet from any device?

The router is configured with an access point (the cable from the provider is not connected to the WAN port) - that is, is it just a wi-fi switch? Well, put a router on the external port, hang a poppy from the allowed ones on the external port, turn on NAT and enjoy.

On the forehead, no way. Just put the router as a router, on the port that goes to the wire - a poppy from the list of allowed ones, on the router itself, nat to the desired IP and voila.
