How to bypass blocking?

The essence of the question is this: There is a Zyxel router that filters all traffic by "Steam" and "Dota", the question is: How can I get around this?
(I used VPN (CyberGhost) before, but since there is an unlimited, fast and free VPN only for Windows, I had to abandon this idea)
