How to buy mbp as a gift?

Good evening.
There was an opportunity in February to buy a poppy in Canada through the father of a sailor, on this occasion 2 questions.
1. I haven’t figured it out yet, but as far as I understand, Apple’s warranty is tied to a person, otherwise it would be possible to buy from us not with a “store guarantee”, but with off. guaranteed up to a certain date.
Can a person when buying, knowing to whom he buys (unlike resellers), issue a guarantee for a third party? There must be some kind of mechanism, because often they take equipment as a gift to the family.
And what about registration for foreign citizens?
I definitely need an international guarantee.
2. As for the bundles, I have long aimed at the average 13, but I want to take it from 16 gig of memory, is it possible right away in random local stores or extended bundles only with delivery?
I'm going to ask Apple itself, there is time, but maybe the need will disappear :)

1. No, the guarantee is available there by serial number, even a check is not needed now, it seems. All products have an international warranty.
2. Usually there are popular models in stores (1-3 varieties), so don't count on the top configuration. But I'll tell you this, I have 8GB mbp, enough for everything. Better ssd charge more.
