How to buy Mac OS X Lion for an organization?

Hello.
There is a Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard OS. It was bought for an organization a long time ago, with an invoice, invoice, etc. We want to upgrade the OS to Lion on it, we don’t want to install a pirate, we are ready to buy, but how?
On the Internet they write that you can buy a Redeem code from a reseller. Re:Store knows nothing about this, and they, as I understand it, are the largest resellers.
Maybe someone came across and tell me where to call? We are located in St. Petersburg.
I understand that somehow you can find a way and spend these $ 30 through the accounting department and buy an OS employee on the Apple ID. But then he will quit, and the license will be tied to his ID. Lots of inconvenience.

The accounting department came up with a solution. There is such a special corporate card, it is like a regular one, only if there is an invoice from the supplier, our inspection bodies believe all the movements of funds. Issued in the same bank where RS. And with Apple ID we will decide something. I didn’t work myself, maybe there you can buy several licenses for one ID, or we will start a corporate ID for each employee.

Or maybe buy for an employee, but with some kind of encumbrance? So that he pays the residual value in case of dismissal?
