How to bulk pull ip's from blacklists?

Hello, there are about 100 ip addresses that, for various reasons, were blacklisted. Is there a possibility or a script (program) with which you can remove them from there. Since doing this in manual mode is quite long and difficult.

There are no freebies, if you ruined the reputation of your IPs, then if you please, rake up, also most blacklists remove IPs if there was no harmful activity from them for some period of time (usually about a month)
So the option not to sin and wait will partially help.

And in some places, even in manual mode, you will have to puff - some "fighters" allow no more than N requests per unit of time.
I have never come across lists that asked for money for deletion, but it happened that I had to correspond with their support for quite a long and tedious time, proving that I was not a camel, the camel left with the circus :)
