How to bulk convert doc and xls?

Hello. There is a large shared folder on the server where users store documents. Naturally, there is complete confusion and vacillation, a bunch of nested folders and thousands of files, incl. a lot in old doc, xls, ppt formats. I connected it to the Nextcloud server for quick access to documents, for viewing and easy editing. OnlyOffice is used as a document server, which, unlike Collabora, has excellent compatibility with MS formats, formatting does not work, files are displayed as is. But the fact is that OnlyOffice does not support doc, xls, ppt. You need to convert to, respectively, docx, xlsx, pptx. Is there a solution that will go through the entire folder, including nested ones, regardless of the number of levels, and convert correctly?

There is an official command line utility from Microsoft - ofc.exe, which is part of the Office Migration Planning Manager (OMPM).
