How to install x86 PhpStorm?

When I download from oofsite, it is written that x64, but it is put in the x86 folder and launches the .exe without mentioning 64, although it lies nearby. So what is the version anyway?

And if someone knows articles that describe work on optimizing the work of the ide itself,
cutting memory and all that for the latest ninth version, give a link.

And one more thing ... When I just start ide, everything works quickly, but after about ten minutes everything starts to be terribly stupid. And when I reinstall it, at the very beginning, the autocomplete manages to work, but then it also disappears forever. Can this be changed with settings?

In the bin folder of the application are 2 exe. PhpStorm.exe and PhpStorm64.exe.
The first one is x86.
For settings for memory consumption, there are configuration files PhpStorm.exe.vmoptions and PhpStorm64.exe.vmoptions, respectively.
