How to build WinJs solution not from VS?

Good time of the day! I am developing an application for the Windows Store. But when you work in VS for a long time, it starts to freeze terribly, freezes for 30 seconds, then you enter a couple of characters and again. I want to learn how to build a solution, not from Visual Stuio. I am writing a WinJS program. I write mostly in Visual Studio Code, but I build in VS. It would be nice if it is possible to build a project in Visual Studio Code, well, or through the console.
