How to build a VPN tunnel to VPS to bypass NAT?

Hello! Tell me, please, what needs to be done? Maybe there are good guides on this particular issue? I'm not strong in networks, I'm just mastering this area.
Available:
- VPS server ubuntu with white static IP
- PC Windows 10 (personal computer, dynamic IP)
- Xiaomi router.
Desire:
Create a tunnel to VPS to bypass NAT and be able to use the static IP address of a dedicated server on a PC. Roughly speaking, use the IP of the server, but the power of your own computer.

From what I found on the Internet - everything is somehow confusing and nothing is clear. I considered the option with OpenVPN, as a result, the situation is like "how many people - so many opinions." Maybe there is only one (or one of) correct and not very complicated way to do these manipulations? Thanks in advance!

ps figured out through the script "wget https://git.io/vpn -O openvpn-install.sh && bash openvpn-install.sh" to install openvpn, it turned out to be much easier and more comfortable to do this through putty, and not the standard hosting panel in browser :)

OpenVPN is exactly what you need. On the VPS, you raise an openvpn server, on Windows, an openvpn client, and go through the tunnel to your VPS or even to the global tirnetik.

OpenVPN is a good option.
But initially it can be quite difficult to deal with it, because it is very flexible in terms of configuration, there are a lot of parameters, and so on.
I would advise - Wireguard
It is more clear in terms of configuration.
With this script, the server + client can be configured in 5 minutes.
wireguard-install
