How to set up VPN on windows server 2012 r2?

There is a Windows Server, geographically located in Russia, to which I connect via RDP. It is necessary that it has a Belarusian ip-address. I tried to put vpn unlimited on it, after connecting the server via vpn I lost rdp and now I can't connect. How to set up vpn on the server?
