How to build a visual algorithm?

Good afternoon.
I need to build a tree of alternative questions for a project:
Type: Color red: Yes; Not; and the person follows the chain in the direction of the answer he needs, where he encounters questions again. And in the end he gets the answer.
My problem is that I don't know how to do this. The main criterion is visibility. I thought to do it in visio, but everything turns out to be gigantic in size.
What is your opinion on this issue?
