Is the geographic point included in the polygon in the form of a regular hexagon?

We need a formula to check whether a point on the map fits into a polygon in the form of a regular hexagon. The center has a latitude and longitude, each point of the hexagon also has a latitude and longitude. The length of the sides is 200 meters.

Sides of a hexagon for example.
Side a [ aX, aY ], [ bX, bY ] is the first top side of the hexagon, and then clockwise
Side b [ bX, bY ], [ cX, cY ]
Side c [ cX, cY ], [ dX, dY ]
Side d [ dX, dY ], [ eX, eY ]
Side e [ eX, eY ], [ jX, jY ]

Points of the hexagon, counting the first point of the first side
[ aX, aY ]
[ bX, bY ]
[ cX, cY ]
[ dX, dY ]
[ eX, eY ]
[ jX, jY ] Hexagon
