How to build a small office network?

I am building a small office network. We have 12 employees + everyone has a bunch of wireless devices. The office is divided into two rooms.
I looked at the role of a router: Dlink DFL-260E
For the role of 2 switches: Dlink DES-1100-16
For the role of two WiFi access points: D-link DAP-2660
Criticize the choice of equipment.

do you need it? there are so many bookmarks (holes) in lengths .. that swiss cheese is dying of envy =(

At least take a similar tp-link. The same for money but more reliable
