How to build a custom CNC in WooCommerce/Wordpress?

Hello!
We need custom link building for WooCommerce products for a travel site, namely (full product link name):
/category1/%country%/%region%/product-1/
/category2/%country%/%region%/product-2/
/category3/%country%/%region%/product-2/
I.e. there is a category of countries and regions in them, and there are categories of tour. How to combine these two category structures so as not to produce a list of countries with regions for each category? Perhaps there is another, easier way to accomplish this task? User CNC WooCommerce
