Why is Magento bad?

The client wants an online store on Bitrix, but after hearing enough criticism, I say that it’s better not to. Therefore, I suggest Magento (only based on world rankings). Question: why is Magento bad if the client wants to work in the Russian and Western markets?

There are fewer developers, but they are more professional, on average, and it’s quite possible to find them, so it’s hard to consider this a minus.
