Free job site engine - is there a free one?

I wish you good health, habrovtsy!
Today I climbed the whole net in search of a free engine for a job search site. We need to make a website where people can search for jobs and post their resumes, and companies can post jobs and search for resumes, and so on… The website needs to be made in Swedish, so we need an engine where you can change the language. What surprised me was that I did not find a single good free engine. Two questions:
1. Does such an engine exist? If yes, please share.
2. If it does not exist, I will create my own and would like to make it public immediately. That is, I will write a template-based script and post it for general use for free - do you think it's worth it?

Drupal will help. True, it doesn’t work very quickly “out of the box”, but everything you want can be done at the “out of the box” level.
The speed of deployment and prototyping on Drupal 7 and above is impressive, although there can be better.

I didn’t find anything good either, we migrated our site from joberbase to self-written one.
