About those support.
Bitrix is already a standard for studios in Russia, and not only in Russia. Therefore, almost all studios take it)
Some studios take some other 1-2 CMS that they worked on before, before switching to bitrix. Basically, these are free CMS: modx, drupal, joomla, wordpress.
It is irrational to take all CMS in the vast majority of studios, there is no lack of demand on the market, but there is enough demand for work on bitrix sites. There is no point in spreading over many CMS, it is better for the development team to know 1-2 CMS well and be able to write competent and easily supported projects on them.
Choose bitrix and maybe another free CMS for low budget projects if needed. Tell clients that you work only with CMS data, and if they want to switch to you on the TP - there may even be an additional incentive to update the often outdated site).

1c bitrix
But if you really need it, I take on any.
One of the studios I work with behaves the same way. Others take only Bitrix, but here the qualification is - I choose those that work with Bitrix;)
